Space, within reach

A deep-tech company developing a reusable launch vehicle in four phases, built by a team that has designed, built and launched rockets before.

Our mission

Our mission

“Our reason to move into space is to fill the gap between our curiosity, our wishful thinking and reality.”
— Founding Team, Kinetic Space Lab

Our mission is to build a completely and rapidly reusable launch vehicle that makes access to space more realistic and probable, and to develop the technologies that allow space to serve mankind.

Over the long term, we intend for every step of our development to move toward a thriving interplanetary civilization.

A vehicle that comes back can fly again.

An expendable vehicle is lost after a single mission, together with its engines, avionics and structures.

A reusable vehicle can be recovered, inspected and flown again. That lowers the cost per launch and allows a higher launch cadence — which is why reusability sits at the centre of everything we design.

Development strategy

Four phases. Each one builds on the last.

Each phase produces a tested system on which the following phase depends. We begin with the flight computer because its development relies primarily on technical expertise rather than significant initial capital — letting us demonstrate measurable progress early and establish the avionics that later phases will use.

  1. Phase 1· We start here

    Flight computer

Design, build and test the avionics and flight software that will guide and control the vehicle.

  2. Phase 2

    Rocket engine

Engine design, development and testing — build it and prove it on the ground.

  3. Phase 3

    Subsystems

Develop and test the fuel tank, stabilizers, gas thrusters and other systems.

  4. Phase 4

    Final integration

Final assembly and system integration of the complete reusable launch vehicle.

Expertise-led, lower initial capitalComplete reusable launch vehicle

We expect capital requirements to increase in subsequent phases, particularly during engine testing and full vehicle integration.

Track record

Experience across the full cycle, from design to launch.

Our founding members have practical experience in rocket development that applies directly to the vehicle we are building.

Sounding rockets
Designed, built and launched sounding rockets to multiple altitudes.
National competition
Participated in a national rocketry competition organised by ISRO.
International competition
Selected for the Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) at the Spaceport America Cup.
Core technologies
Developed flight controllers, fabricated nozzles and worked on liquid engine development.
